Prepared using only six easy ingredients, this Lemongrass Tofu Recipe is delicious either baked or fried.
- 1 stick lemongrass (tender stalk only, finely minced)
- 1 tbsp ginger, fresh (grated)
- 2 clove garlic (peeled and finely minced)
- 2 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
