Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
  • 3/4 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut (extra for dusting)
  • 1 tbsp matcha
  • 5 medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Prepare Matcha & Macadamia Nut Bliss Balls

    Add the macadamia nuts, almond meal, desiccated coconut, matcha, madjool dates and coconut oil to a food processor. Process gradually until the mixture is well combined and sticky. 

  2. Dust Each Bliss Ball

    Using a tablespoon, roll the mixture into evenly sized balls. Roll each ball into desiccated coconut until lightly dusted.

  3. Freeze Bliss Balls

    Place the balls into the freezer for 30 minutes to set. Store in the fridge and consume within the week.
